Shipping policy

Please note that if you are purchasing an item that is made to order, the shipping times are separate from the manufacturing times.

All in-stock orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please remember that weather and other shipping delays due to postal service issues are outside our control. 

If we are experiencing high volume, we will email to let you know there might be a delay. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $3000 in the city of Seattle, WA. For large artworks, delivery or pick up might be the only option available. For orders under $3000, we charge $50 for local delivery. Contact us at info@adriennekeystudio.com for a link to schedule.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Adrienne Key Studio in Seattle, WA. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with a link to schedule.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10am to 2pm on [Thursdays and Saturdays]. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@adriennekeystudio.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS for our orders. If you have a PO Box, please let us know right away so that we can ensure your order is shipped through USPS. A failure to communicate a USPS shipping require could result in lost or damaged art that Adrienne Key Studio cannot be responsible for. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@adriennekeystudio.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
