When it comes to adding warmth and texture to a space, there is nothing quite like a beautifully crafted wool tapestry.

What makes wool so special?

Some backstory on my recent weaving journey 

After spending quite some time weaving on a homemade loom, I got super excited when I received an Etsy gift card from a client. I had been looking at purchasing a Beka Grizzly Tapestry Loom for a while, and this little push seemed like the perfect timing. I am in love with my choice, especially for its versatility in size and easy adjustments. 

I got right to work with my new, giant loom and made coasters. Yep tini-tiny little coasters.

Life after coasters

It's like my brain couldn't quite wrap itself around the loom's capability for 36x60 inches of weaving. So the next time I set up the loom, I stretched my wings just a wee bit further, but nowhere near capacity. Here is a photo of the loom set up for Woven in Wool 2, a small tapestry that is currently available for purchase.
